We are pleased to inform you that we have secured a new supplier for our 'Postcode Search' service, fully restoring the original postcode lookup functionality within address fields. This update will be included in our standard release cycle on Monday (9/2/26).
Clients who wish to return to the original postcode lookup experience can do so by simply turning off the 'Fuzzy Search' option in their chambers on Tuesday morning (10/2/26). For guidance on this process, please refer to the 'Address Lookup - Fuzzy Search' article.
