We have been informed by our telecommunications provider that they are experiencing an issue affecting inbound and outbound SMS traffic (mobile-originated and mobile-terminated messages) on the O2 network.
Our provider is actively investigating with O2. Current indications are that the issue is limited to devices on the O2 mobile network, and they are working to confirm this.
We will share further updates as soon as we receive them.
